Apple Watches and the Whoop fitness trackers (as well as others I’m sure) measure HRV so after doing this training I’m in a better position to educate my clients about what these numbers can indicate and steps they can take to improve them. Ultimately this is another tool they can use to assess and improve their overall health. The training videos were around 3 hours in total. Thanks!
