“There was a post where ingredients on plantain chips was the question and she commented on them as non-compliant due to the oil used and didn’t include the fact that no chips are permitted regardless.
And there was one where the person commented that they get up early but don’t generally experience hunger until noon and instead of steering them towards the recommendations about meal timing she said something to the effect of “no harm, just listen to your body signals”.
Just a few things to be aware of as you move forward in your coaching so you can continue to learn and improve!
