Alexis Robertson

Alexis lives in Oak Park, Illinois, with her husband and two boys. She’s a recovering lawyer who now spends her days as a diversity and inclusion professional for a global law firm located in downtown Chicago. Alexis is enthusiastic about all things related to health, wellness, and human connection. Outside of work, if Alexis isn’t listening to a podcast, or wrangling her two sons, she can probably be found at her local Pilates studio.

“I completed my first Whole30 in fall 2014. At about 20-days in, I was shocked by how energized I felt during the day and how great I slept. Ever since then, that “tiger’s blood” feeling has been my gauge. I’ve embraced my food freedom, but whenever I find myself feeling sluggish I go back to Whole30 principles. “
