Alicia is a Licensed Professional Counselor in AL & GA with over 12 years of mental health experience supporting clients of all ages & populations through past trauma & underlying causes of anxiety/depression. She has observed how important the connection is between the mind & body, specifically how we take care of ourselves & process emotional baggage. Processing this baggage often intertwines with food intake. After completing the Whole30 & committing to a complete lifestyle change (healthy eating, mental health therapy, self care, healthy boundaries, & exercise) she was motivated to become a Whole30 Coach.
