“When a patients bloodwork came back with elevated autoimmune antibiodies, we tried a Whole30 we tested her bloodwork again after reintroduction the test showed no elevated antibodies! This was so exciting to see along with her absence of symptoms and joint pain we had proof!
When I witnessed patients telling me their pain was gone, skin clearing up, & they had lost weight I knew this was not just a fad diet. I’m still so excited that Whole30 can help everyone not just special populations.”
