Amanda lives in Michigan with her husband and 2 kiddos. She completed her first Whole30 in September of 2018 as a way to drop the “baby weight” after her second baby. After her first Whole30, Amanda, realized that she food sensitivities…many of which were foods she was raised on. Now she realizes that eating these foods isn’t worth the extreme discomfort they caused. In addition to this new awareness Amanda realized that this new way of feeding her body improved her Interstitial Cystitis, ADHD, asthma, acme and PMS symptoms. Best non-scale victory to date? Knowing that what she was feeding her family whole foods to fuel their growing bodies and instilling healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime.
“Whole30 is about so much more than losing the “baby weight. As moms we have a lot going on. Whole30 gives you a way to feel good without overcomplicating success. And making sure our family eats well shouldn’t feel like chore or a burden. I strongly believe in meeting moms where they are at in their journey and season of life. So they can feel like the best versions of themselves with lasting results without the guilt, second-guessing or stress.”
