Amanda Gregory is a Whole30 Certified coach who lives near Portland, Oregon. The Whole30 has played a crucial part in her health journey. She did a Whole30 in 2014, felt great, but didn’t have the right tools to be successful in her food freedom. Since then, she has learned to use the NSV’s in her completed Whole30’s to make environmental changes that support a healthy and happy life where she is no longer a slave to her sugar dragon.
