
Dr. Amanda Morris is a psychotherapist and certified health & wellness coach. She resides in San Diego CA where she has the privilege of working with our first responders, veterans, couples, families, and children to improve the quality of their lives. Following the birth of her first of three children, she discovered the Whole30 and has experienced first hand how a Whole30 lifestyle can improve symptoms of postpartum depression, chronic health conditions, athletic performance and overall wellness. This personal experience lead Dr. Morris to explore how nutrition can be instrumental in helping her clients meet their goals more quickly and lead them to a more authentic and fulfilled lifestyle. As a Whole30 Coach, Dr. Morris uses habit research and behavioral coaching to help you change your relationship with food once and for all. She incorporates her personal experience of doing multiple Whole30’s, mind-body awareness exercises, and the expertise she has gained as a psychotherapist to create lasting change.
