Amani Hassan is a mama of two, a teacher, and a Whole30 enthusiast. After completing her first Whole30 she was blown away by the positive results and became passionate about sharing the Whole30 program with others. Amani’s passion for food is largely shaped by her Arab/Latina heritage. Influences from her travel experiences and her diverse cultural background find their way onto her plates. As a working single mother, it is important to her to make quick and easy healthy meals for the whole family.
