
Autumn is a home-grown recipe creative who is also a mom to 5 boys (aka walking stomachs), a Whole30 Certified Coach, and Whole30 Coaching Manager. She loves making easy Whole30 & Paleo recipes for her large family of 7 that are budget and kid-friendly on her blog wholefoodfor7.com. Autumn’s background is a BS in Exercise Physiology and she is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist with many aerobics certifications. However, she left that to focus on the food we eat when she realized how much it can change our health. Autumn lives in Northern California and when not in the kitchen can often be found hiking, camping, and adventuring.
