Barbara Gannon is a Whole30 Certified Coach, a nutrition enthusiast, Navy veteran and retired medical transcriptionist who loves to learn. She did her first Whole30 in February of 2019 and the astounding results gave her back her life. The depression and anxiety that had plagued her for decades disappeared and the aches and pains she attributed to growing older are barely a memory. She faces each day with a new excitement for all the things that bring her joy and now has the energy to accomplish them. As an emotional eater, she redefined her relationship with food and found freedom from the constant food struggles.
