
Brenda credits the Whole30 program with transforming her life. She knows that changing life-long thoughts and habits around food is difficult. Therefore, guidance and encouragement are essential, from planning and preparing for a first Whole30 to finding food freedom. She specializes in helping others define their food freedom and establish long-term, sustainable healthy lifestyles. Brenda believes it’s never too late to reinvent yourself, and if not now, when? As a certified yoga instructor, she incorporates meditation into her coaching upon client request. Using locally sourced foods, Brenda creates Whole30 recipes with her daughter, a chef experienced in farm-to table and California cuisine. She also enjoys tennis, traveling and spending time with her son and daughter.
