Brittney Hopkins is an avid foodie and runner with a degree in Secondary Education. Through the Whole30 she found a love for cooking and a freedom from food that she didn’t realize was needed. She went into her first Whole30 to lose weight but never expected to come out of it with an entire new lifestyle and way of looking at food. Through the Whole30 she has learned the best way to fuel her body for not only running but everyday life. She looks forward to helping people achieve their food freedom.
“The Whole30 completely transformed my way of thinking about food. Before I just ate to eat, not caring at all what I was putting into my body. Now I understand that we eat to fuel our body and that real whole foods are what our bodies need to keep going.”
