Jessica von Recum is a scientist by training and holds a doctorate degree in biology. She learned about the Whole30 during her time as a researcher in San Diego, California. After having a rather unhealthy relationship with food since her teenage years, Jessica completed her first Whole30 in 2016. An experience that completely transformed the way she thinks about health & nutrition and helped her find food freedom.
Jessica lives with her family of four in her home country Germany and knows a lot about the challenges of doing a Whole30 outside the US. Her passion is to support clients navigate the program in Germany and give them the best possible guidance and encouragement on their unique Whole30 journey. Jessica is able to coach in German and English. You can find information in German on her website.
“As a scientist, I strongly believe in the Whole30 as a self-experiment everybody should do at least once. The program taught me a lot about myself, the way certain foods affect me and how to develop healthier habits in today’s busy life. It’s highly rewarding for me to share my positive experience with others!”
