“As a Dietitian Nutritionist, I have the honor of hearing food stories all day long. In 2015, I started to piece these stories together and concluded that every person is unique. I believe that we are so unique that even though a group of people shares the same illness (ie. Diabetes, Irritable Bowel, etc) the way in which food is digested and used is very distinctive for each person. I began to search for a way to personalized nutrition for not only my clients but also for myself, and then I found it! Whole30! My first Whole30 was May 2017 and WOW! I’ve said it before and I’ll say if again Whole30 for me was life the massage therapist who finally got a massage! Personally, Whole30 has made my life better; thus, I’m honored to be a Certified Whole30 Coach helping others find health through eating and freedom from food.”
