Emily Nichols is the host of Self Transformed Podcast, where she helps busy working moms transform their fitness, nutrition, and mindset through simple habit hacks.
She and her husband found the Whole30 together in 2015 and it snowballed into completely changing their family’s life from the inside/out. Through many rounds of Whole30, Emily has found how to better manage stress with self-care instead of sugar, and found the power in giving back to others through leading others through Whole30. Emily is passionate about helping other busy families like hers to find their way to not only their own version of food freedom and self care, but also changing their mindset to live their lives to the fullest.
