Erin Johns is a busy mother of two, second grade teacher by day, fitness nut, lover of wellness, and a Whole30 enthusiast who credits the Whole30 for her survival and sanity. Ask her about the Whole30 and her face lights up as she shares her experience with and knowledge of the program. She also enjoys creating garage workouts she can do at home before her girls wake up, and is a believer in a meaningful morning routine to start your day. She did her first round of Whole30 in 2017 and it completely changed her life by teaching her how the food you eat can affect ALL of you, not just the scale. She has since then finished 3 more rounds, learning more about herself each time. She is currently working on her food freedom and looks forward to sharing her passion of Whole30 with others!
“We don’t know how good we can actually feel! It wasn’t until finding the Whole30 that I truly learned how much it all starts with food. What we eat can affect our mind, body, soul, and life! It is a dream come true to be able to help others on their journey to discovering how the food they eat affects them and to finding their food freedom. My goal is to help others and cheer them on as they become the best versions of themselves!!”
