Greta Martin is an attorney in Jackson, Mississippi with a passion for helping people both inside and outside of the courtroom. Greta currently works for a disability rights agency that specializes in advocacy and legal representation for Mississippians statewide. She also currently serves in leadership for the Mississippi Association for Justice, Planned Parenthood, and the Mississippi Bar. She credits the program with helping her find a sense of balance in her otherwise chaotic and stressful life. Greta has completed several rounds of the Whole30, but having a coach during one of her later rounds was a game-changer. Since that time, she’s introduced friends and family to the program and has supported them to their Food Freedom. While Greta has enjoyed introducing people to the Whole30, it is her hope that she can help those in demanding, stressful professions navigate this life-changing experience.
“I credit the Whole30 program with completely changing my mindset towards food and how I fuel my body. Until discovering this program, I had a very toxic relationship with food which was only made worse by my time in law school and as I entered into a very fast-paced, stressful career. I’m excited to share my Whole30 journey and support those that are ready to start their own!”
