Heather Lyons has a degree in Exercise Science, is currently working on a degree in Dietetics, and has been personal training and providing nutritional guidance for over 10 years. Struggling from a young age with emotional eating and being overweight and unhealthy, she understands how complicated our
relationships with food can be and how much of an impact the food we eat has on our health. She specializes in meeting clients where they are and taking them through a Whole30 workshop in which they get to explore their health, cravings, habits, relationship with food and work on building healthier habits
that will last a lifetime.
“I want to help you get a taste of what “feeling good” actually feels like. Many people are so bogged down with health issues, medications, chronic fatigue, mood swings, anxiety, and processed foods, that they have either slowly forgotten what “good” actually feels like or they have just accepted this as their new normal. I want you to know that you do not have to accept feeling just OK. You deserve to feel good. You have the power to take your health into your own hands and I have some great tools to help you get there!”
