
Joslyn Laran has a degree in Kinesiology and has always had a huge passion for health and wellness. She’s a fitness instructor that teaches various strength/cardio classes such as cycle, weight training circuits, hot pilates, HIIT, etc. There is no greater reward to her than seeing positive changes in her clients and helping others thrive and meet their goals. When she’s not teaching classes, she plays in a coed soccer league and loves anything to do with being outdoors and staying active- hiking, running, yoga in the park, you name it!
She resides in Livermore, CA with her husband and their two dogs – they are avid sports fans and love to attend football, baseball, and hockey games as often as possible.
Whole30 has truly changed her outlook on nutrition. The food we eat impacts not only our physical health, but our mental health as well – the body, mind, spirit connection is so important in daily life and she looks forward to helping clients reconnect and find their own version of food freedom! “Take care of your body; it’s the only place you have to live.”
