Julie Freed is a triathlete, former fitness competitor, Whole30 Certified Coach and Baptiste Certified Yoga & Meditation instructor with degrees in both Exercise & Wellness and Women’s Studies. She is passionate about creating a deeply fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. Julie helps find ease in the process by discovering the root of the problem first, and then working on healing from the inside, out.

Julie completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Salt Lake Power Yoga and believes that that is where the magic really happened. “My heart broke open in that 100-degree studio. On my mat, in teacher-training, I discovered vulnerability for the first time and I learned how vital it was to my mental and emotional health.” Without even realizing it, Julie had opened herself up to a complete mental, emotional and physical transformation. It was at the peak of that transformation that she knew she had to share this new healthy lifestyle with others.
