Kaitlynn, a mom of two and military spouse currently living overseas loves to nerd out over the science behind food as medicine. After a suggestion from a friend, she completed her first Whole30 in 2019 and it completely changed the trajectory of her life. The lightbulb moment for Kaitlynn happened when her long-term chronic bowel issues completely resolved while completing Whole30. This prompted her to dive headfirst into the concept “food is medicine” and completely overhaul her passion in life.
Since 2019, Kaitlynn has led family and many friends through the Whole30 process, with multiple of them now managing their diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, and IBS with the knowledge gained through Whole30. As a coach Kaitlynn focuses on the science-based research behind using food to reach each individual’s optimal health.
“ Most people have no idea how good they are designed to feel, and everyone deserves a chance to discover that. Being a Whole30 coach is about being a generational change-maker, breaking the cycle of lifestyle-related diseases with the purpose that we and our children can live fiercely.”
