Katie Nichols is an advocate for living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and credits the Whole30 program with transforming her relationship with food. Her Whole30 journey started in 2015 when she was introduced to the program by a co-worker and close friend.
Katie enjoys showing others that living a healthy lifestyle is manageable while balancing a busy schedule. She is a full time working mom of two boys and enjoys spending time with her family, running, and relaxing on the beach with a good book.
