Katie is a certified Health Coach, certified Whole30 Coach, biohacker and dedicated student of meditation and yoga. She resides in Chicago, IL and is on a mission to help others awaken to the power of food and conscious living. She had her own ‘food awakening’ as a result of doing her first Whole30 in 2013. It gave her the confidence to begin experimenting in the kitchen, changed her relationship & habits with food, and helped her get into integrity with her own health. It sparked a voracious appetite into the world of nutrition, finding more balance and living intentionally.
As a Health Coach, Katie specializes in slowing aging and wellness transformations utilizing food and holistic approaches that inspire healthier living. She helps her clients get to the root behavioral causes and co-creates action plans that result in sustainable, healthy habits and measured results. She believes we are all unique individuals and what works for one person may not work for another. She lives for the moments when her clients make the connection that food not only nourishes their body, but also their mind, emotions and overall well-being.
