Kim is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a Master’s in Education and specialized training in gut health and functional blood chemistry. She strongly believes that everyone has the power to change and become the best version of themselves and that Whole30 is usually the first step to doing so! She has a passion for dance, yoga, Pilates, relatively easy hikes, and loads of self-care.
