Kirin Escher is an outgoing, young physician living in Los Angeles, California who has worked to prevent or decrease the progression of common illnesses and better the health of her patients, family and friends by simply changing their relationship with food. Her degenerative spine condition was no match for the Whole30 program, as she woke up Day 9 of her first reset with no pain after 15 years of chronic pain. She has mastered meal prep and learned how to handle emergency situations first-hand on a busy schedule as she had completed several Whole30s during medical school.
Along with medicine, her passions include meditation, weight lifting, archery and cooking. She looks forward to being challenged by continuing to work with people of all diversities in helping them find their own personal journey to health freedom.
“Life is too short to be trapped by common unhealthy habits of food we have all been guilty of. Healthy living can be easy and fun with the right tools. It’s time to take control of our bodies to live healthier, happier and pain-free lives, so let’s do it together!”
