
Lisa has always had a passion for food. Some of her earliest memories are learning to cook with her mother and grandmother at a very young age. Lisa’s views on the direct impact of food on health first shifted after a medical professional recommended that one of her four children start a gluten-free diet. Though she was initially skeptical and reluctant, Lisa was enlightened by how much a change in diet positively affected her and her children’s lives. What began as a gluten-free diet evolved into a dairy-free, grain-free and refined sugar-free lifestyle. This change led to something even bigger after a friend introduced her to the Whole30. Since then, Lisa has successfully completed several rounds of the Whole30, inspiring others around her to try it as well. Lisa is motivated by her excitement to help others through the Whole30 program and to support them in working towards their best “Food Freedom” lives.
