She completed her first round of Whole30 in 2014 after leaving a physically abusive relationship. She credits the Whole30 program with keeping her mental health in check after quitting antidepressants and wants everyone to know the power of their food choices. Madison lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with her two toddler boys and Army Pilot husband.
“I have lived in a very dark and even suicidal mindset and I want to help others realize they can turn their entire life around with their food choices. I have lived with Whole30 as my home base for seven years through PTSD recovery, two pregnancies, two big moves and everything in between. I want to help you achieve your life goals and discover your own food freedom through a program that I believe has ultimately saved my life.”
