Maru is a Professional Coach based in Punta del Este, Uruguay, passionate about helping clients to transform their lives through learning new habits and practices.
She is a graduate of The Newfield Network, a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation ICF and has a corporate background of more than 15 years as a CPA and Leadership Consultant.
The work she does is inspired by her own healing journey and is grounded in modern science of habits, emotions and behavioral change. Her approach is integrative, understanding the brain, nourishing the body, respecting the emotions and aiming for human flourishing.

Es egresada de The Newfield Network, Coach Profesional Certificada por la Federación Internacional de Coaching ICF y tiene una experiencia corporativa de más de 15 años como CPA y Consultora de Liderazgo.
El trabajo que realiza está inspirado en su propio viaje de sanación y se basa en la ciencia moderna de los hábitos, las emociones y el cambio de comportamiento. Su enfoque es integrador, comprende el cerebro, nutre el cuerpo, respeta las emociones y busca el florecimiento humano.
