Meg Clark is a personal trainer, working with clients both online and out of a small studio in Seattle, WA. She loves being active and can be found cycling, running, paddleboarding or walking the dog when she’s not in the gym. She loves helping people feel better through fitness and through the Whole30 program. She started her first Whole30 with her husband as a way to eliminate sugar out of her diet, and to feel more in control of her cravings, and after seeing the positive impact it had in her life, she began coaching her gym clients through the program as well.
“Starting my first Whole30 in 2014 was the first time I truly paid attention to what was in my food and how it affected my body. I didn’t even realize I was feeling that bad until I saw just how good I could feel! But lasting change didn’t happen overnight. Each time I complete the program I learn a little more, and create small new habits for myself that stick. It’s been a journey, and it’s still going, but I can see and feel how much better my life is on this path. Now I want to open that door for as many other people as I can!”
