Megan is a certified yoga and fitness instructor and has been teaching since 2013. She is passionate about empowering humans through embodied movement, mindfulness and the power of nutrition. She completed her first Whole30 in 2013 and a move to ‘Sin City’ Las Vegas in 2016 reignited her excitement for the Whole30 program and has completed several since. She started sharing Whole30 in 2018 at yoga studios and beyond.
She works with clients locally and virtually, with the option to incorporate movement, yoga and meditation in an approachable manner, along with their Whole30. She strives to help remove obstacles for folks that feel like they are inflexible, weak, can’t change and will never feel better to reveal their truest nature.
“We have all been beginners; we all have a first time. I really strive to remove the intimidation and fear factor whether it’s your first Whole30 or first handstand attempt because we’ve all fallen. Failure is not the opposite of success, it’s a part of the process and something we can learn from. The Whole30 has taught me so much about ‘success’ and made me a much more resilient human.”
