
Michelle Scott is a Masters level Psychologist who has spent the last 20 years as a stay at home mom. She discovered Whole 30 in January, 2017, after a seven year period of weight gain, depression, hormonal imbalance, and worsening asthma/allergy symptoms. Fifteen months later and 70 lbs lighter, she has run 4 half marathons, attends yoga classes four times weekly, and is enjoying greater happiness in her relationships. All health issues have disappeared and she has regained the energy of her 20’s.
Whole 30 has changed her life and she has experienced food freedom for the first time. As a result of her Whole 30 journey, she has started a catering business with her sister-in-law, the 30 Bird, where she makes Whole 30 meals and delivers them.
