I am a 56-year-old Iranian Jewish woman. In 2019 after being faced with high cholesterol I found whole30. After the first round of Whole30 I found myself healthier than I had been in years. This started me on a mission to share my good fortune with family and friends. It pains me to see anyone suffering from health issues when they can achieve optimum health.
