Rachel Lucas is a certified personal trainer and nutritional therapy practitioner. She believes the training a person does in the gym should be fueled by balanced nutrition as well as support what they enjoy doing outside of the gym. Rachel completed her first Whole30 in July of 2015 and has been an advocate of the program ever since. Learning firsthand how the program can change your relationship with food and improve your health. Her motivation in coaching is to teach you how delicious ‘healthy’ can be; there is no need to starve yourself or survive on bland, tasteless foods to bring your body back to a thriving state.
