
By day, Sasha Rashid is in higher education – but her strengths and passions have always been with helping others. As a Whole30 Certified Coach, Sasha works with individuals both in person and online to provide emotional and strategic support. After completing multiple rounds of Whole30, she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and continues to follow a gluten free diet in her food freedom.
