Shea Rostan is a clinical exercise physiologist who is passionate about using food and exercise as medicine. She is passionate about functional medicine and is always seeking out the power of food, exercise, prayer, and community on our health. She believes that overall health is a combination of many developed habits, not just eating “right” and exercising, and it is important to coach the whole person to develop lasting behavior change. She has been a personal trainer since 2005 and specializes in helping clients achieve better mobility and overall strength.
“I can’t care more about your health than you do, so let’s put in the hard work together to create lasting changes.”
