Tabitha Scott is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who specializes in helping women transition from fast food to real food by strengthening their mindset, nutrition, and movement. Feeling like the conventional medical system had failed her; she took matters into her own hands. She started studying nutrition and lifestyle changes and realized that the wealth of knowledge she had gained could be shared with others to improve their lives as well. She did her first Whole30 in March of 2017 while struggling with extreme fatigue, brain fog, thinning hair, weight gain, and depression. After switching to a real food lifestyle she found her autoimmune symptoms started to disappear. Since then she has opened her own nutrition practice in Henderson, NV and has been helping her local community to change their lives as she did.
“The Whole30 has changed my life in ways I couldn’t have imagined. As a mother of four boys and a recovering fast food addict, I understand the struggles of trying to incorporate healthy choices into a busy family schedule. Let me help you figure out how to put the pieces together in a way that fits your lifestyle. I want to help you take back control, create new habits, and break the ones that are no longer serving you.”
