Teri has a lifelong passion for good nutrition and delicious food. Being diagnosed with autoimmune Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis more than 20 years ago intensified her search for the best way to eat and made her an avid student of nutrition and healthful living. Teri was thrilled to find the Whole30 program and finds it the best way to share the fundamentals of healthful eating with others. In fact, she led a group of friends and family during her very first round in 2016! Teri is a trained clinical herbalist, which informs her holistic world view. In 2021, Teri was chosen to receive the Peer Coach Award. Her next Whole30 group will likely be in July, 2022.
“I love helping people discover what foods feed their bodies best. Food is our best medicine and seeing people awaken to that is a joy like no other.”
