Since discovering she has Hashimoto’s over 8 years ago, she has adopted an ongoing paleo lifestyle, and knows food choices can make all the difference. Tina attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and specialized in hormone health. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
