Tina Wells is a former Pastry Chef turned Paleo Chef, wife of 36 years and mom to 2 adult kids. Growing up of Greek descent, she is a product of the family kitchen and the Mediterranean diet. Despite living a mostly healthy lifestyle, Tina began having what she thought were “middle-aged” challenges, but was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Her doctor recommended Whole30 almost 7 years ago, and she realized how food can be a conduit to healing. She began converting her traditional recipes to paleo ingredients and transformed her path into an exciting healing journey. Symptoms were reversed and now she feels better than ever.
Tina graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition with a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching, with a specialty in Hormone Health. She will soon be a nationally board certified Health and Wellness Coach. Tina wants to share her Whole30 “chef-centered” approach with anyone who wants to change their relationship with food and improve health and food-related habits. It has been truly transformative.
