
Todd Shipman’s passion for healthy living started when he was a competitive ultramarathoner, and needed to find a better way to fuel and recover, while balancing life and family. Since first discovering the Whole30 program in 2010, he has extended his passion and experience with the importance of proper fuel. Todd has a huge respect, and focus on functional nutrition. He believes that no specific diet is right for everyone, but that the Whole30 is the perfect start to create a proper foundation of healthier living. Todd has been featured in magazines such as Men’s Health, and British Airways. As well as being featured in documentaries focused on anti aging and human optimization.
