Laura likes to call herself a regular, working, 9-5 career person who also happens to be a Certified Whole30 Coach. A brand designer by day, she tackled her first Whole30 in 2015 in an effort to rebound from 20+ years of personal loss, significant financial stress, and its residual effects. Since completing several rounds and achieving her own personal Food Freedom, Laura has experienced a positive snow-ball effect that includes completing 3 triathlons (to date) and most recently, earning a black belt in Taekwondo. Having completed her Whole30 rounds with a very tight budget and a demanding work schedule, she is passionate about helping busy, single, career people (like herself) who want to do a Whole30, but may not have the time to follow complicated recipes or buy expensive ingredients. Her approach is less about social media and more about removing distractions—connecting through traditional forms of communication.
“Why work with me? I am a just a normal person, perhaps like you, who juggles a full-time job, a commute, a social life, exercise, hobbies, and everyday financial stresses. I'm not perfect, and don't expect you to be! If you are looking for support and encouragement in a realistic way, we might be a great fit. Change is hard. I promise to keep it simple!”
