Katelyn Rudman, Nurse
Katelyn Rudman is a registered nurse who has always been passionate about nutrition and preventative care. Immediately out of college, she practice on a critical care unit that saw a wide variety of patients, including, but not limited to, Level I trauma patients, post-surgical liver transplant and aortic aneurysm patients, and patients in critical condition related to chronic medical conditions (I.e. diabetes, infections - sepsis and pneumonia). Through that experience, she was reminded of her true passion - helping people get healthy at home, so that they can live a happy and fulfilling life. She loves any opportunity to get outside and enjoy the sunshine and ,in conjunction with her own Whole30 experience, has started practicing yoga at home. Katelyn currently lives in a suburb of Austin, Texas with her husband and two dogs and is currently studying to gain her integrative nutrition health coach certification so that she can help individuals one on one to gain the health and happiness they seek.
