“As a healthcare provider, I want to see a paradigm shift in the way we look at health and wellness. I believe that we can use food as our medicine and to our advantage. Changing the food on our plates willnot only help prevent, reverse or cure a myriad of diseases, but it will help the body excel and live at it’s best. Whole30 has changed my life, my family’s life and the lives of hundreds of my patients. Let me introduce you to and guide you through the best thing you can ever do for yourself.”
