Allison Grigsby Sweatman
Allison Grigsby Sweatman is a blogger and real food enthusiast who is passionate about seeing food redeemed and used for good in the lives of those around her. She stumbled upon the Whole30 program while her daughter was fighting for her life in the ICU. After a series of surgeries and trials, they left the hospital and Allison completed her first Whole30. After this first round of Whole30, she emerged a healthier individual, and therefore a better Mother, and found purpose in helping others see this program change their lives too.
When Allison isn't cooking real food in her tiny kitchen, she is likely taking her kiddo to therapy, studying theology, writing about special needs parenting, or having coffee with great friends. Once skeptical that changing food could change almost everything else in her life for the better, she now embraces that philosophy and shares it with anyone who will listen. Allison hopes to study to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner so that she can serve Central Arkansas with more training in ow food can be used for good in our lives.
