Rollinsford, New Hampshire
Amanda is a part-time librarian and blogger, full-time SAHM to three little boys, and a die-hard Jersey girl at heart. I discovered Whole30 two years ago and am thrilled to be able to help others in the Seacoast New Hampshire Region connect with their primal eating roots once again. She believes in making healthy eating easy, affordable, and scrumptious. She's a good listener and will help you find solutions to your Whole30 issues. Together, there's nothing you and Amanda can't figure out.
Amanda enjoys her kids' imaginations, faith, grocery shopping, strong black coffee, strong white wine, and helping her husband keep bees (read: eat honey). In her past life, she earned her MFA in Poetry and is content to just read one poem every day now.
"Since discovering Whole30, eating healthy food (on a budget) has become second nature to me. I believe everyone can experience the same food freedom with the right support. I bring compassion, tough love, life hacks, and recipes galore to each Whole30 group I coach. Let me help you on your journey to your own food freedom!"
