Amanda Ward is a mother of two kids, a wife and a huge fan of Whole30. In April of 2016 she did her first Whole30 and has since done 8 rounds. The program has taught her so much about herself, helped her finally stop the emotional binge eating cycle she had been on since she was a pre-teen, learn her triggers, lose weight and completely change her relationship with food. In January of 2016 she started an Instagram account to track her journey that has since turned into a potential online business. She has helped many friends, family and Instagram followers through the program.
She currently works for a local Pilates studio and gym as their health coach and cannot wait to get the community more knowledgeable and excited about Whole30. She is currently leading 3 groups of people through their January Whole30! She is so excited to be a part of the Whole30 family.
