Amy has been fascinated by health and wellness from as far back as she can remember, but she fell head over heels in love with learning about the power that food has on our bodies after her first Whole30. Since then she continues to devour any information about nutrition and the healing power of foods she can get her hands on, and loves every opportunity to geek out about what she has learned with anyone who will listen. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Alabama. She resides in Huntsville with her husband, dog, and two daughters whom she homeschools. When she is not on the road driving her kids to activities she can be found drinking coffee (...wait, who is she kidding, she ALWAYS has a cup of coffee in her hand!), sweating at her local CrossFit box, cooking, listening to music, or watching college football.
“I believe that health is a lifelong journey. A Whole30 is just a small path on the longer road to ‘Food Freedom’ and greater health. I would be honored to walk along beside you on that path for a little while. A Whole30 truly has the power to change your life. Let’s get started!”
