Amy Wilcock

June 22, 2018 By

Amy Wilcock

Cumming, Georgia

Amy Wilcock is a healthy lifestyle blogger, home chef and single, working mom. After years of struggling with a love-hate relationship with food Amy embarked on her first Whole30 on a whim in 2015, never thinking she could really finish it. Four rounds and a few mini-resets later Amy has fully embraced the Whole30 lifestyle and magically found her own food freedom. In her 40’s she has never looked or felt better and is passionate about sharing the benefits of eating whole, real foods as well as cooking simple, healthful and beautiful meals for her family and friends. As a Whole30 coach Amy looks forward to the opportunity to guide others through the Whole30 experience, reap the benefits of real food freedom and live their best lives.

“Doing a Whole30 doesn’t have to be scary, overwhelming or impossible. I promise you can live without cream in your coffee, wine after work and donuts on Sunday. For 30 days and beyond in fact. In 30 days you will gain knowledge about yourself, how certain foods make you feel and the power of knowing that the keys to better health and a better life lie firmly within your grasp. Give me 30 days and I’ll walk with you on the way to living your best life. “
