Ashley Parik, BA
Ashley is a Higher Education professional living in the Chicago suburbs. An avid gym goer, foodie, and dog lover, Ashley has found the meaning of what real self-love is through the Whole30 program. She completed her first Whole30 in January 2017 and couldn’t believe the changes both mental and physical that came as a result. From someone who has struggled with depression and anxiety, Ashley has figured how to manage both by living a healthier lifestyle. The Whole30 has completely transformed her life and looks forward to helping others along their own journey of transformation as well.
“I get 8 hours of sleep a night because I have learned through Whole30 that self-care is extremely important and that you have to fill your own cup first before serving others. I believe that we are all worthy of living a healthy, happy life, and that the power to make positive change lies within all of us. We are capable and in control of the choices that we make every day and that’s something that no one can take away.”
