Chloe Davenport is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about holistic nutrition and movement, and the positive health impact on your mind, body, and soul when combining the two. She specializes in working one on one with individuals, as well as group coaching, and her goal is to revive the traditional concept that real food can help heal and also act as preventative healthcare. She believes the food and lifestyle choices you make affect your physical, mental, and emotional health and seeks to provide clarity with reliable resources and educated advice. She want to renew interest in eating real wholesome foods, and to guide you in making decisions that promote health and happiness while balancing the expectations and needs of your busy lifestyle.
